About This Position
Divine Group Management LLC is currently seeking one qualified female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Peoria, Arizona. This is a full-time opportunity to support adult females with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. The position requires personal care assistance, and for this reason, we are seeking a female applicant to preserve the privacy and dignity of the individuals served.

Schedule: 1. Friday: 11:00 PM 3PM (16 hours per shift Total) 2. Saturday: 11:00 PM 3PM (16 hours per shift Total) [Total: 32 hours across two days]
Minimum Requirements: 1.Must be female (due to the personal care needs of female residents) 2. Must be 18 years of age or older 3. Must pass a criminal background check 4. Must have a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card 5. Valid Arizona Drivers License preferred 6. Reliable transportation
Required Certifications (must be current or willing to obtain): 1. Article 9 2. Prevention & Support 3. CPR & First Aid
Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide support with daily living tasks, including hygiene, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance 2. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents 3. Assist with transportation to medical appointments and community activities 4. Document daily progress and incidents accurately and timely 5. Administer medications with proper training 6. Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and organizing daily routines 7. Promote resident independence and encourage active participation in home and community life 8. Communicate professionally with the team, guardians, and support coordinators 9. Comply with all DDD policies and procedures
