Preventive Maintenance Technician - CNC at GW Lisk Company Inc – Clifton Springs, New York

Overview

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment to prevent possible mechanical failure.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts
• Removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
• Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance
• Performs spindle vibration analysis and logs results
• Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts
• Performs basic machine repairs
• Orders parts
• Adheres to PPE, lockout tagout practices, and safe working procedures
• Communicate effectively and professionally

Qualifications

• Strong technical background
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work unsupervised, identifying and implementing cost effective and timely preventative maintenance of equipment
• Ability to work overtime as needed in support of production operations

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
