Job Title: Quality Control Shop Technician

Location: Roanoke, AL

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Apply silicone and dap to patient compartment interiors (cabinets, Formica chips, cracks).

• Seal corner stone guards meticulously with silicone.

• Install metal trim within patient compartments to ensure precision and quality.

• Perform detailed cleaning of ambulances inside and out upon completion of builds.

• Conduct comprehensive quality checks, ensuring all work orders are accurately fulfilled.

• Create and manage punch lists of any corrections needed post-inspection.

• Complete thorough electrical system checks.

• Perform repainting and touch-up tasks on components such as grab rails, windows, seat bases, and unit number plates.

• Apply bedliner coatings to consoles.
