Peoria DTA is a structured, supportive day treatment program dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Our team creates a safe, engaging environment that promotes personal growth, independence, and community involvement.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Peoria DTA team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on support, implementing individualized service plans, and assisting members with daily activities, personal care, and skill-building programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support members with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed

Implement person-centered goals and track progress

Facilitate group activities, community outings, and social engagement

Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Accurately complete documentation and daily progress notes

Ensure supervision ratios are met and safety protocols are followed at all times

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED required

Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)

CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)

Article 9 and Prevention & Support certifications preferred

Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is a plus
