Join Our Team: Bilingual Medical Receptionist (Spanish/English)

Are you a compassionate and organized professional dedicated to providing outstanding patient care? Quakerbridge Pediatrics is looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Medical Receptionist to join our busy and friendly team. You will be the first impression of our practice, making you essential to our patient experience.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Director of First Impressions: Greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Manage Office Flow: Handle a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, manage check-in/out, and prepare daily charts.
• Provide Administrative Support: Collect co-pays, communicate patient balances, and ensure patient information is accurate.

What You'll Bring:

• Required: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Required: Medical reception/front desk experience
• A passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
