About This Position
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Partner to join our growing mortgage team. In this role, the Mortgage Loan Partner will be responsible for managing client communication, organizing documentation, and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client experiences a smooth, transparent, and personalized lending journey. This is an in-person position from our office in Troy, Michigan.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
- Collect, review, and organize loan documentation to ensure files are complete and compliant.
- Provide exceptional service to every client while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate clear updates and guidance to help clients feel informed and confident throughout their home financing experience.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to support pipeline organization and operational flow as a dedicated Mortgage Loan Partner.
Qualifications:
- The Mortgage Loan Partner must have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable in a sales-driven, production-focused environment.
- Confident with phone-based communication and customer interaction.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation to our office in Troy, MI.
