As the Coordinator, your principal duty will involve curating exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients across diverse international destinations. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and develop exceptional itineraries tailored to each client.
• Assess individual preferences and requirements to create customized travel experiences.
• Undertake continuous training to obtain and uphold necessary certifications for booking travel.
• Participate in webinars conducted by vendors and suppliers to acquire specialized knowledge about specific destinations.
• Account for budgetary limitations when planning trips for clients.
• Generate promotional materials as needed.
• Stay updated on fluctuating travel restrictions.
• Arrange bookings for airline tickets, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, ticketed events, etc.
• Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their journeys.
• Address any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
• Establish connections with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients’ consideration.
• Part-time or full-time availability.

Requirements

• Proficient communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction (sales background preferred).
• Possession of a smartphone with internet access; having a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
• Personal travel experience is highly advantageous, although not obligatory.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not strictly required.
