Your Mission
Be the hands-on driver of focus, follow-through, and operational excellence at Sunday. Youll work across teams to help sharpen project goals, track progress, surface risks, and ensure were spending our time and energy where it matters most.This is not a back-office role - youll be in the middle of the action, helping Product, Creatives, and UA teams translate ideas into results, fast.What you will do:

• Support team leads in defining and scoping high-impact projects and initiatives.
• Track timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes for priority projects.
• Run regular check-ins with teams to monitor progress and surface blockers.
• Maintain simple, usable dashboards for project and initiative status.
• Help by providing data for kill conditions, pivot triggers, and decision points for initiatives.
• Support quarterly planning and OKR alignment with MDs and department heads.
• Act as a cross-functional enabler to keep momentum high and distractions low.

Who you are:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or consulting-like roles.
• Ideally previous experience in mobile gaming. This would be a huge plus!!!
• Strong organizational and communication skills - youre a natural at keeping things on track.
• Comfortable working across functions, talking to devs one hour and marketing the next.
• Outcome-oriented: you focus on what matters, not just whats planned.
• Startup DNA: fast-moving, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity.
