  • Collaborate with the business development and proposal teams to review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compliant responses.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with federal contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, acting as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.
  • Track contract deliverables, key milestones, and obligations, ensuring compliance with performance standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance to senior management.
  • Continuously improve contract management processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal contract management, ideally within an IT or MSP environment.
  • Proven experience working with federal clients and knowledge of the government contracting process.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and government procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with contract management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with IT service agreements and SLAs.

Why join our winning team?

  • Competitive wages to reflect your experience and skills.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to keep you and your family healthy.
  • 401(k) with company match to help you plan for the future.
  • Flexible time off policies to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • 9 company holidays observed, plus 2 floating holidays.
  • Opportunity to give back to our community with (paid) volunteer time off.
  • We offer many remote opportunities, allowing you to work wherever you want.
  • We are committed to creating a positive impact on society and contributing to a better world--we're involved in our community and encourage our employees to do the same.
