Maintenance Technician at Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association Inc – Denver, Colorado

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

PHYSICAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

• Performs site and unit maintenance in compliance with organizational policies and procedures to ensure habitability of all common areas and living spaces.
• Maintains curb appeal and grounds by picking up debris throughout the property and the parking areas to promote health and safety of the community.
• Performs duties within the compliance of any and all applicable Fair Housing, Federal, State and Local Statutes.

SITE INVENTORY

• Reports to Maintenance Supervisor when inventory needs to be replenished.
• Keeps inventory in the correct location for stocking purposes
• Keeps inventory room clean and free of debris that could become a safety hazard.

ON-CALL MAINTENANCE

• Must be available for after-hour calls and emergency procedures (one week per month)
• Staff are paid an additional $10/day for each day they are on-call, whether they receive a call or not.
