Job Summary

Provides athletic training services per contract to schools, organizations, and events. Athletic trainer will provide injury assessment, treatment, first aid, prevention and reconditioning services as assigned and set forth by the BOC.

Education and/or Experience

• Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of athletic trainer experience is required.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations

• Certified as an Athletic Trainer required through NATABOC.
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the State of South Dakota within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the State of Iowa.
• CSCS certification through NSCA preferred

Work Schedule

• Varied Shifts (depending on event and practice schedule); 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $23.75 - $36.00 per hour
