Job Summary

The Pre-Anesthesia Supervisor is responsible to assist the Ambulatory/Recovery Director to plan, organize, educate and implement activities related to the Presurgical core operations. The Supervisor has primary day-to-day responsibility of assuring workflow turnaround times are met, daily tracking of workflow, communication to the team, staff scheduling coordination, and special projects. The Supervisor serves as a key liaison amongst the team.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 2 years of pre/post surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $35.50 - $53.25 per hour
