In this role, you'll keep our office running smoothly, support daily operations, and create a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. What you’ll do

• Receiving customers at the front counter by greeting, welcoming, directing, and checking in equipment repair orders.
• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction with clients.
• Ensure the storefront is tidy and presentable, with all inventories stocked and shelves faced.
• Enforce all procedures and policies regarding tools and equipment inventory.
• Primary responsibility is customer service, not direct technical support.

What you’ll need

• Proficiency in Office Software
• 1+ years office coordination experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ experience with bookkeeping and/or purchasing experience
