The Yard Associate supports daily yard operations by handling, inspecting, preparing, and maintaining equipment while keeping the yard clean, organized, and safe.

• Load, unload, and move equipment safely
• Inspect equipment, take photos, and complete documentation
• Clean and prepare rental equipment for use
• Perform basic maintenance and assist with new equipment setup
• Maintain yard and shop cleanliness
• Support technicians and branch operations as needed

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer and mobile device skills
• Good communication and reliability
• Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
