Rooms To Go is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our growing in-house digital marketing team!
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Campaign Manager with 2–3 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple channels and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across digital ad platforms with an emphasis on social ad platforms
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs
- Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, including targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and naming conventions
- Collaborate with full paid media team to develop and structure tests
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reporting and actionable insights
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively seek out clarification
- Maintain organized documentation and adhere to best practices across all platforms
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
- Proven experience with ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Familiarity with tracking implementation (pixels, tags, UTM parameters)
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
