This is a high-impact, 4-month contract role focused on leading and scaling paid media strategy across multiple digital channels in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. You will own the end-to-end paid media ecosystem, shaping acquisition and retention strategies that directly influence growth outcomes. The role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership and hands-on expertise across paid social, search, and programmatic channels. You will work closely with creative, analytics, and growth teams to maximize performance and efficiency across campaigns. Acting as a key driver of media innovation, you will optimize spend, improve conversion performance, and identify new opportunities for scalable growth. This position is ideal for a senior paid media leader who thrives in data-rich, high-performance environments and enjoys building impactful, test-and-learn marketing systems.
- Lead and oversee full-funnel paid media strategy across channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop and execute data-driven optimization strategies using attribution models, MMM insights, and incrementality testing.
- Improve conversion performance through landing page experimentation, creative testing, and in-platform campaign optimization.
- Partner closely with creative strategy teams to develop high-performing direct response campaigns tailored to each channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, vendors, and platform partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Align paid media strategies with broader marketing and brand objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and performance impact.
- Provide performance insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing emerging platforms and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- 8–10+ years of experience in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple digital channels.
- Proven success managing large-scale paid media budgets with strong ROI delivery.
- Deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and programmatic ecosystems.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using attribution models, MMM, and incrementality testing to guide decisions.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, direct response campaigns, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing paid media or growth teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear executive insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term growth planning and short-term performance execution.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and external partners.
