Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will also drive automation and integration efforts to streamline operations and enhance user productivity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining SaaS collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and related tools
  • Designing and optimizing workflows, automation rules, permissions, and system configurations to support organizational processes
  • Monitoring platform health, managing incidents, and improving reliability through proactive maintenance and operational best practices
  • Implementing identity and access management processes, including SSO and user lifecycle provisioning
  • Building integrations and automations using APIs, scripts, and webhooks to connect systems and reduce manual effort
  • Evaluating and managing third-party applications and AI features with a focus on security, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Partnering with security and compliance teams to enforce governance standards, audit requirements, and data protection policies
  • Supporting enterprise AI and productivity tools, ensuring proper configuration, access control, and responsible usage
  • Maintaining documentation, system standards, and change management processes for all supported platforms
  • Providing advanced user support, training, and enablement resources to drive adoption and best practices
Requirements

This position requires strong experience in enterprise SaaS administration, system integrations, and platform governance, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and continuously improving systems and processes. Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS collaboration platforms
  • Strong expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) including workflows, automation, and permissions
  • Experience managing collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with identity management systems, including SSO and SCIM (e.g., Azure Entra ID or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
  • Solid understanding of SaaS governance, including access control, compliance, audit, and data retention practices
  • Experience evaluating and managing third-party apps and AI-enabled features within enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
