Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving property-level social media performance across the Bria portfolio, blending content creation, on-site engagement, and data-driven strategy. The position works closely with onsite teams, Director of Marketing, and external partners to ensure each community is consistently represented, locally relevant, and positioned to drive awareness, engagement, and leasing activity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple properties, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and activity Develop and execute posting schedules aligned with marketing priorities Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner Conduct regular on-site visits to capture content, support leasing teams, and align on marketing priorities Partner with onsite teams to identify content opportunities tied to availability, traffic, and resident experience Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all platforms

Content Creation

Create and publish engaging content across platforms, including on-site content that highlights amenities, design, lifestyle, and community moments Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and seasonal priorities Write clear, compelling captions that reflect brand voice and support overall messaging strategy Contribute to content strategy and support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and website updates Ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints, including social, web, and campaign messaging

Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization

Track and analyze social media performance across properties, including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content effectiveness Translate data into actionable insights to optimize posting strategies, including timing, format, and frequency Build and maintain reporting dashboards and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with key insights and recommendations Monitor platform trends and benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards Partner with marketing and property teams to align social performance with broader goals, including linking engagement to leasing activity (traffic, tours, conversions where possible)

Engagement & Growth

Actively engage with followers and local accounts to build audience and increase visibility. Identify and execute opportunities for partnerships, giveaways, and influencer collaborations. Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas forward.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

Participate in recurring meetings with third-party partners (social, PR, content – e.g., Metter Media) Ensure vendor-led content and campaigns align with brand standards and property-level goals Help coordinate execution between internal teams and external partners

Local Marketing & Activations

Identify and execute local collaborations with neighborhood businesses, influencers, and partners Support and promote property-level events and activations Create content that highlights the surrounding neighborhood and lifestyle

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation. Strong content creation skills (photo/video, captions, storytelling). Experience with social media analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics, or similar platforms). Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategy accordingly. Excellent writing skills with an understanding of tone, voice, and audience. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
