Package and Assembly Handler - Part-Time at Dot Foods – Mount Sterling, Illinois

If you enjoy the excitement and challenge of warehouse work, but arent in love with the idea of operating heavy machinery, a Dot Foods package and assemblyhandler position may be just what youre looking for. As a P&A handler, youll provide a unique business solution to our partners centered around promotional product displays.

While no prior warehouse experience is required, applicants must be able to pass a standard physical abilities test.

Your Role

• Transfer product to and from warehouse or trailers
• Calibrate thermometers and measure product temperature
• Maintain basic housekeeping of workspace
• Interact as necessary with Food Safety and Inspection Service representatives
• Maintain adequate packaging supplies

Role Specifics

• Extensive standing/walking on concrete
• Work in temperatures that range from 0 to 80 degrees
• Schedulepart time Mon-Fri 6:30AM-8:00 PM
