Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on 2nd shift to ensure efficiency, volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved
• Manage production schedules, inventory, safety, quality, and overall team performance
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees, including performance management and training
• Support hiring efforts and recommend compensation adjustments for team members
• Ensure proper training of employees and maintenance of equipment
• Partner with other supervisors and departments to coordinate operations across shifts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, 5S, and process optimization
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve production performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
