Essential Functions

Prepare accurate quotes quickly and efficiently in support of sales operations.
- Support outside sales representatives by processing quotes and coordinating related documentation.
- Assist outside sales by preparing required paperwork to expand existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
- Prepare and coordinate jobs from order initiation through completion.
- Conduct sales transactions with out-of-area and walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Complete final inspections of finished trucks, including photographing units, obtaining weight measurements, and performing fuel testing.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of completed trucks to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Answer and route incoming sales calls while providing prompt, courteous customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and effectively with diverse audiences.
- Effectively organizes tasks, resources, and information to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
- Applies mathematical reasoning and calculations accurately to support problem-solving and decision-making.
- Utilizes relevant tools, technology, and systems competently to perform job-related tasks.
- Pays close attention to detail to ensure work is complete, accurate, and meets established standards.
- Manages time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Ability to acquire Class B CDL within 6 months of hire.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
