Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily staffing and operations to meet production targets, including allocating personnel and equipment as needed.
• Ensure service reliability by effectively dispatching drivers and proactively addressing potential disruptions.
• Coordinate and supervise shipment scheduling to support timely and efficient deliveries.
• Communicate with customers daily to assess fuel requirements, monitor market conditions, and confirm service availability.
• Foster a high ? performance, positive work environment through professional communication and leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and clear, consistent communication.
• This role requires an average work schedule of 50-55 hours per week, including a rotating weekend schedule shared with other dispatch team members.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in trucking, delivery, dispatching, or customer service preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Ability to make sound decisions by balancing cost, customer expectations, and driver needs.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision ? making skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast ? paced, high ? pressure environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call schedules as needed.
