Senior Product Marketing Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Director in United States.

This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment focused on AI-driven ecommerce search and product discovery. You will be responsible for defining how complex, technical capabilities are positioned and communicated to enterprise customers in a way that clearly demonstrates business value and measurable impact. Acting as both strategist and builder, you will establish and scale the product marketing function while shaping messaging, launch strategy, and competitive differentiation across a rapidly evolving platform. The role requires close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to ensure alignment from roadmap through revenue impact. You will also lead high-impact product launches and develop frameworks that enable teams to consistently articulate value across personas and industries. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role that directly influences market perception, pipeline growth, and customer adoption.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will define and execute the product marketing strategy while building a scalable function that supports rapid product innovation and enterprise growth. You will own positioning, messaging architecture, and go-to-market execution across a complex suite of products and features.

  • Develop and evolve clear, differentiated positioning and messaging across products, features, and solutions, translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value narratives
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, ensuring clarity, adoption, and measurable impact in the market
  • Build and maintain scalable messaging frameworks, value propositions, and enablement materials for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Drive competitive intelligence and market insights to inform positioning, differentiation, and strategic decisions
  • Partner closely with Product teams on roadmap communication, prioritization, and feature launch readiness
  • Enable Sales and GTM teams with tools, narratives, and content that improve conversion and competitive win rates
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team while defining best practices and operational standards
Requirements:

This role requires deep product marketing expertise within B2B SaaS, ideally in high-growth, complex, or technical product environments. You should be a strong storyteller and strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing hands-on work and leading teams.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant senior-level product marketing leadership responsibility
  • Proven success owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for complex technical products
  • Experience building and scaling product marketing teams in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas, ICP development, and customer journey mapping
  • Exceptional storytelling skills across written, verbal, and visual formats
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging market research, performance data, and ROI analysis
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without direct authority
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, fast-changing environments, and innovation-driven organizations
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail tech, or AI/ML-driven platforms is a strong plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including equity/stock options
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Unlimited vacation policy with strong encouragement to take meaningful time off
  • Home office stipend to support remote setup and productivity
  • Company-provided laptop and work equipment
  • Annual learning and development budget to support professional growth
  • Paid parental leave for eligible employees
  • Collaborative, high-caliber environment focused on innovation and impact.
