Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Job Summary: Steamboat's premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a highly organized Operations & Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, inventory accurate, and key operations and administrative workflows moving. This role oversees receiving, cycle counts, routine purchasing, inventory reporting, and will manage a part-time warehouse associate to ensure consistent daily execution. What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year experience in inventory, warehouse, operations, or admin support is preferred
• Experience in leading, supervising or coaching
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with process and documentation
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and using systems/tools (Google Workspace and Monday.com a plus)
• Excellent follow-through, communication and willingness to escalate issues early

• Located in Steamboat Springs or surrounding areas including the Front Range

Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory

• Maintain warehouse standards
• Receive, log, and track inventory accurately (including spas and saunas)
• Run cycle counts and stock rotation, document results and follow through on corrections
• Prepare and enter routine inventory adjustments
• Escalation of complex high-dollar issues to the GM
• Run standard inventory/stock reports on regular cadence, flag discrepancies and anomalies
• Complete or oversee Water Maintenance Tracker counts
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

People Leadership

• Direct and support a part-time Warehouse Associate
• Set clear expectations and ensure tasks are completed to standard
• Purchasing and systems support
• Oversee and conduct orders for routine office supplies, warehouse, store, and route teams
• Maintain Monday.com updates for assigned workflows
• Update Mapline as new customers are onboarded

Operations Admin Support

• Coordinate winter snow removal
• Maintain fleet and equipment records
• Assist with open sales order clean-up and basic billing support

Ability to Relocate:

• Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: Relocate before starting work (Required)
