- Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and patient access to therapies.
- Collaborate with field support teams to offer reimbursement expertise.
- Address urgent patient access and affordability issues.
- Conduct field-based support and educational sessions.
- Build strong relationships with Immunology accounts.
- Manage territory logistics and account planning.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and coding requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments for resource optimization.
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in account management and/or reimbursement.
- Knowledge of medication access channels and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in challenging access scenarios.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Valid US drivers license and ability to travel up to 50%.
