- Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate marketing programs, customer referral initiatives, and influencer campaigns.
- Manage affiliate networks and platforms such as Impact, Everflow, or PartnerStack, ensuring strong ROI and program performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop promotional assets and messaging for affiliates.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing recommendations to optimize results and maximize growth.
- Support referral programs, working with customer success teams to generate MQLs/SQLs and drive new business.
- Ensure all communications and campaigns maintain brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve program strategies and competitive advantage.
- 5+ years of experience managing affiliate, referral, or influencer marketing programs within B2B technology, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Everflow, or PartnerStack.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills to build strategic partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics, reporting, and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and marketing technologies to enhance workflows and campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
