  • Gather data on trends, industry best practices, and prepare reports.
  • Store and organize documents and files.
  • Conduct data entry and prepare informational documents.
  • Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples.
  • Maintain CRM systems for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor projects and conduct internal communications.
  • Coordinate team calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare itineraries and book travel accommodations.
  • Manage correspondence and organize client inboxes.
  • Synthesize data into cohesive reports and presentations.
  • Upload media and manage online account profiles.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing and cloud services.
  • Experience with MS Office and online scheduling tools.
