Quotation Tender Specialist - REMOTE

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing requests for quotations for transformers, assisting customers with technical inquiries, and ensuring the smooth transfer of orders to optimize project execution. • Create and review opportunities in the Sales Force database.
• Identify and follow up on issues or clarifications in quotation documents.
• Set schedules and milestones for proposals, requesting extensions if needed.
• Collaborate with teams to develop competitive bids and identify risks.
• Analyze customer specifications and coordinate input from factories and suppliers.
• Schedule calls with customers to clarify scope and ensure complete solutions.
• Develop final pricing and complete quote packages.
• Respond to customer questions and amend offers based on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• College or University Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in tendering/proposal preparation for electrical components.
• Strong background in power systems, HV, and transformers technology.
• Proficiency with CRM and BI tools.
• English and French language proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work authorization that permits the candidate to work in their location.
