Responsibilities
- 12+ Years of experience in Mainframe development.
- Experience leading teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications.
- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
- Write and test COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe code.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews.
