On-Call RN at Ashley Manor | Auburn Crest – Bonners Ferry, Idaho

Our team is looking for an On-Call RN Friday-Sun (5pm Friday until 8:30am Monday)

There is occasional need to respond to calls with a visitation to the patient.

$300 per week for on-call service Friday-Sunday and hourly rate and mileage reimbursement for patient visitis. Hourly rate starts at $40 per hour.

Auburn Crest Hospice is looking for a Weekday On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Team. Duties include telephone triage for calls coming in from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am; Visits to patient's homes, as needed; Charting and Communicating all call notes to case managers; Ability to work independently, but also as part of our interdisciplinary team.

RN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, according to our physician's orders, meeting the Hospice standards established by Medicare, within the scope of licensure requirements and following established standards and practices. Primary duties will include patient visits during weekday evening/night time hours, as needed, as well as possible admissions.

RN REQUIREMENTS:

Current RN license to practice in the state of Idaho.Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience. Experience in hospice is required.Current CPR certification.Schedule flexibility (this position requires weekday evening/night time availability) and travel required.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Must have valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
