Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet Zeecos quality standards. This role oversees daily production operations, manages teams, and continuously improves processes to meet business objectivesKey Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet delivery targets.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and workforce performance.
- Ensure production meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage production budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and resolve production issues, delays, or quality concerns.
- Maintain equipment efficiency and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning systems
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or related field(preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management
- 3-5 years of experience in managing and leading people.
