What You’ll Do- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Support compliance with MDS procedures and care planning.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented rehab environment.
- A heart for patient care and a mind for clinical excellence.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to educate and empower patients and families.
- Experience in healthcare compliance and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements:Education:
Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
Licenses/Certification:
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
Current CPR certification.
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
