Frozen/Dairy Lead at MINERS INCORPORATED – ROSEAU, Minnesota

We are looking for a full-time candidate in our dairy/frozen dept. The candidate for this position would be responsible for the overall conditions of the sales floor, cooler, and freezers. Communication with management while having a team member approach to the job. Smile, greet, and be courteous to customers. Be punctual, work your schedule, conduct yourself at all times in a professional manner, and assist in any way possible. Maintain stocking and rotation of merchandise in the dairy/frozen department. This position will also encompass leading employees, ordering, planning and building displays, and manager responsibilities.

• Starting Wage - $18hr to $20.60hr (Dependent on experience)

Working in a cold environment at times.

• Physical demands may include standing, walking, and squatting.
• Lifting up to 40lbs.
• You may use a pallet jack, forklift, box cutter, and a compactor at times.
