Property: Live Oak, Charleston Historic District, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Reports to: Executive Housekeeper

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain the hotel’s facilities in excellent condition by performing all necessary janitorial services to the hotel's grounds, parking lot, guestrooms, hallways, stairways, and other public areas.
- Provide guests with on-going services and assistance.
- Assist room attendants ensuring cleanliness standards are met by removing lines from guest rooms and transporting them to the laundry room.
- Assist maintenance department with minor repairs and work orders.
