Job Summary
GSTV is seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff & Transformation to work directly with the CFO/COO to drive enterprise transformation. This role sits at the center of execution—translating strategy into action, accelerating critical initiatives, and ensuring the organization is aligned on the priorities that drive performance and value creation.
Acting as an extension of the CFO/COO, this leader will own the transformation operating system—driving governance, operating cadence, and cross-functional accountability across the business. You will bring structure, urgency, and clarity to complex initiatives, ensuring the company moves faster and executes with discipline.
This is a builder/operator role with meaningful influence. You will connect leaders, remove friction, and drive decisions that stabilize the business, improve operating performance, and position GSTV for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drive the Transformation Agenda
· Partner with the CFO/COO to define, mobilize, and execute enterprise transformation priorities.
· Lead governance and operating cadence across strategic and operational initiatives.
· Translate goals into structured workstreams with clear milestones, owners, and metrics.
· Maintain focus on initiatives that drive revenue stabilization and value creation.
Serve as Thought Partner & Force Multiplier
· Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO/COO on strategy, priorities, and organizational issues.
· Improve decision speed and quality through structured problem solving and analysis.
· Support board materials, executive updates, and key business reviews.
Create Operating Rigor & Accountability
· Establish a clear operating model with defined ownership and decision rights.
· Run leadership reviews, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to ensure execution.
· Surface risks early and drive timely decisions and escalations.
· Reinforce a culture of ownership, pace, and accountability.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives
· Directly lead high-priority initiatives with defined scope and outcomes.
· Align commercial, product, operations, finance, and technology teams.
· Clarify ownership and drive decisions when ambiguity exists.
Support Integration & Value Creation
· Drive integration efforts across teams, systems, and processes where relevant.
· Partner with leadership and sponsors on value creation initiatives.
· Ensure delivery of growth, margin, and scalability improvements.
· Track and report progress against value creation goals.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications include:
· 8–15+ years in strategy, operations, transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
· Experience in technology-enabled or media businesses preferred.
· Proven success leading enterprise or cross-functional change initiatives.
· Experience with private equity-backed companies is strongly preferred.
· Strong financial and analytical capabilities tied to business outcomes.
· Structured thinker with strong business judgment.
· High judgment and discretion with confidential information and senior stakeholders
· Highly execution-oriented with strong accountability.
· Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving decisions.
· Credible with senior leaders and able to influence without authority.
· Pragmatic, resilient, and able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
Education and/or Experience
Education:
· BA/BS degree from a leading US or International University and/or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
· 8-15+ years of experience in operations or strategy, or in Chief of Staff roles.
