ICMS is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of building systems across a portfolio of facilities. This role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and life safety systems are operating efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project management support to ensure integration and alignment of long-term facilities planning with space and project delivery activities
• Develop and implement ongoing maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and other building systems
• Monitor system performance and identify issues proactively to prevent failures
• Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for repairs and system upgrades
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system histories
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs and system failures to minimize downtime
• Ability to travel regionally to conduct facility assessments, maintenance operations, and identify equipment lifecycle

• 10 years of demonstrated experience with facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) management in a government or large commercial facility.
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) is required.
• Active FAC-P/PM Level II certification within the last 5 years, or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of all applicable building MEP, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment, and other systems such as BAS, HVAC/R and Electrical.
• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge with cost estimating and project planning.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Shall be citizens of the U.S.
• Must have favorably adjudicated background investigations.

Full-time Day Shift: Yes

Location: on-site presence at two designated locations, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays:

*This is a contingent hire position based upon the award of contract.
