SAFEWAZE –DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a Distribution Associate to join our Distribution team that will be responsible for pulling, loading and packing orders for delivery while ensuring the quality and quantity of each order is accurate.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Process, pick, and ship outbound materials for customers’ orders using handheld scanner based on the customer pick ticket
- Notify of any inventory discrepancies and participate in cycle counts as needed or directed
- Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy (daily, weekly or as needed)
- Support Annual Inventory Audit
- Coordinate replenishment of stock inventory to support efficient order pulling
- Notify Supervisor or Lead on any issues that arise in equipment or process
- Inspect outgoing shipment products to ensure accuracy as directed or needed
- Maintain organized layout of products within the warehouse as directed or needed
- Engage in daily safety/organized clean up (trash, cardboard, pallets)
- Ability to suggest or engage in process improvements to make process more efficient
- Have flexibility in working hours to adjust as needed to meet business demands
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Maintain at minimum 95% attendance rate (includes being on time for shift and advance notice for time off requests)
- Basic computer knowledge, experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip software preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory control
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to stand, push, carry, squat, kneel and maneuver through a production warehouse
- Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated
- Ability to adapt to change as Business needs change (including new technology introduction)
- Must have a valid drivers license
