Physical Therapy Coordinator and Director of Rehab Services

Primary responsibility is to assist therapists with patient care by providing support as allowed by the State of Indiana. Other duties include but are not limited to: scheduling of patients for therapy appointments, helping maintain a clean, safe environment for employees and patients, and clerical duties which support the therapists and department as a whole. This position also requires one to maintain accurate records for medical companies, and documentation of infection control as needed.

May work 8 to 10 hours a day, between the hours of 7:30 am to 6 pm.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Medical Terminology knowledge or medical experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.

Knowledge of basic computer skills for Windows.
