In this role, you will lead complex customer implementations focused on compensation planning, technical integrations, and advanced configuration projects within a modern people analytics platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through end-to-end project delivery while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. Operating in a remote-first and highly collaborative environment, you will manage multiple high-impact engagements simultaneously, balancing technical depth with strong client communication. This position offers significant autonomy, allowing you to own projects from scoping through delivery. You will also contribute to improving internal processes and shaping best practices for a growing professional services function. - Lead end-to-end delivery of compensation planning cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity configurations
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot compensation formulas and logic using platform-specific tools and custom structures
- Validate and audit data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy across all stages of implementation
- Develop custom reporting outputs, including templates, compensation letters, and structured data exports
- Configure and manage third-party integrations, including SFTP connections and API-based data flows
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, data mapping errors, and synchronization failures
- Ensure end-to-end data integrity and successful deployment of customer configurations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery
- Manage project timelines, expectations, and stakeholder communication across technical and executive audiences
- Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and cross-team knowledge sharing
- 4–6 years of experience in professional services, SaaS implementation, consulting, or similar roles
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-phase customer projects from start to finish
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles across SMB and enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with integrations, SFTP configurations, or API-based systems
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with structured data and system configurations
- Experience with formulas or technical logic using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration workflows
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or Markdown for template or document configuration is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
