This is a high-impact hunter sales role focused on building new revenue streams from the ground up within the GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) SaaS space. You will own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed contract, targeting mid-market organizations facing complex regulatory and risk challenges. The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on opening doors, creating pipeline independently, and engaging senior decision-makers in strategic conversations. You will translate complex compliance and governance problems into clear business value, helping customers make safer and more informed decisions. Operating with autonomy, you’ll act as a true business owner while being supported by cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced, consultative environment where curiosity, resilience, and structured selling are key to success.
You will be responsible for driving new business growth by building and converting your own pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a competitive SaaS environment.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and targeted research
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close
- Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives using a consultative, value-led approach
- Translate regulatory, risk, and compliance challenges into clear commercial value propositions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Lead commercial negotiations and build long-term, trusted customer relationships
You are an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, proven ability to generate your own pipeline, and a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Proven success in new business sales within SaaS or technology environments
- Strong experience selling to mid-market organizations, with credibility at senior and executive levels
- Ability to run structured discovery, deliver compelling presentations, and close complex deals
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger
- Strong commercial acumen, resilience, and motivation driven by performance and results
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider sales organization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
