Director of Regional Field Sales

In this leadership role, you will drive regional sales strategy execution across a large and diverse retail footprint, ensuring consistent performance and strong commercial outcomes across multiple markets. You will lead and develop field sales managers, shaping a high-performance culture that directly impacts store execution and customer experience. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership, requiring deep analytical insight into sales performance and customer behavior. You will work closely with regional and store leadership to remove execution barriers and enable stronger selling capabilities. A key part of your impact will be translating sales data into actionable strategies that improve results across seasons and major retail events. You will also influence organizational priorities around training, structure, and engagement to strengthen overall sales effectiveness. This is a highly collaborative and field-oriented role with significant visibility and impact across the region.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead execution of regional sales strategy, ensuring alignment across all stores while identifying and addressing barriers that impact performance and customer experience.
  • Analyze sales results, customer purchasing behavior, and store performance trends to generate insights and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Conduct post-season and post-event performance reviews to evaluate outcomes and refine future sales strategies.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales managers, fostering a high-performance culture and driving accountability toward sales targets.
  • Partner with regional and store leadership teams to influence behaviors, improve execution, and strengthen overall commercial results.
  • Oversee consistent implementation of sales initiatives across all locations, ensuring operational alignment and effectiveness.
  • Recommend and support enhancements in training, communication, role design, and engagement strategies to close execution gaps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in retail sales, customer relations, or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing field or regional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable field execution plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic region.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-location retail environments.
