You will operate in a fast-paced, field-driven environment with extensive travel and direct engagement with senior healthcare leadership. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a strategic sales leader who thrives on building trust, navigating complexity, and closing transformational deals.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic new business development across IDNs and health systems, focusing on expanding market share in key U.S. regions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, and other senior healthcare leaders to identify strategic priorities and solution opportunities.
  • Drive complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles, including deals exceeding $10M+ total contract value.
  • Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives, strengthening long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Leverage deep market intelligence to identify high-value targets and shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with revenue cycle management, clinical documentation, and operational transformation needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen visibility and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment, customer success, and seamless execution across the sales lifecycle.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity while managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a strong track record selling into IDNs and health systems.
  • Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), clinical workflows, and hospital/ambulatory operations.
  • Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals ($10M+ TCV).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships in highly complex healthcare environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong market awareness and ability to translate industry trends into sales opportunities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-travel field sales roles (50–75% travel required).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable managing ambiguity in long sales cycles.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $175,000 – $250,000
  • Performance-based compensation opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off and vacation benefits
  • Opportunity to work with leading U.S. health systems on high-impact transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to complex, enterprise-level healthcare sales environments
  • Travel opportunities across major U.S. healthcare markets
  • Equal opportunity workplace with inclusive employment practices.
