Temporary Duration: 3 - 4 weeks (Temporary, Non-Benefit Eligible)
Hiring Range: $44.00 - $56.00 per hour

Join the amazing Dental team at the Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA)! We are seeking an experienced Denturist for an immediate, temporary opportunity to support high-quality patient care within our dental program. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can step in quickly, work independently, and deliver comprehensive removable prosthetic services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide full-scope denturist services to patients both onsite and offsite, including:
- Evaluating oral health and reviewing patient histories to determine appropriate prosthetic treatment
- Designing, fabricating, fitting, and delivering complete and partial dentures
- Assessing existing prosthetics for repair, maintenance, or replacement
- Collaborating with dental providers to ensure accurate prescriptions and timely delivery of prosthetics
- Inspecting all phases of lab work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately and efficiently
- Supporting process improvements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of denturist practices and regulations
- Building strong working relationships with staff and vendors and addressing issues proactively
- Providing training to staff on denture processes and procedures as needed
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited denturist program and eligible for licensure in WA State
- Experience working as a practicing denturist, including direct patient care and involvement in removable prosthetic services
- Demonstrated experience in complete and partial denture fabrication, fitting, and repair
- Proficiency with dental lab equipment and tools, as well as EHR systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
