In this role, you will drive the growth and adoption of innovative tax technology solutions, partnering closely with go-to-market teams to engage enterprise clients globally. You will serve as a subject matter expert in indirect tax, translating complex tax requirements into actionable solutions that create measurable business impact. Your work will influence product positioning, customer satisfaction, and thought leadership in the tax technology space. You will mentor internal teams, foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and solutions engineering, and help shape the future of digital tax solutions. This is a highly visible, strategic role with opportunities to interact with industry leaders, address emerging tax challenges, and showcase the value of cutting-edge tax platforms. The position is remote, with flexibility to grow into new locations as business needs evolve.
- Act as the tax technology expert, partnering with sales, marketing, and solutions teams to deliver tailored client solutions and demonstrate platform differentiation.
- Evangelize tax technology products, building relationships with tax leaders, industry influencers, and enterprise clients worldwide.
- Champion customer success by identifying, scoping, and designing solutions that exceed expectations and deliver measurable value.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, translating tax challenges into strategic opportunities and guiding product development priorities.
- Train and empower internal teams with knowledge and tools to excel in indirect tax and tax technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, commercial strategies, and solution adoption.
Requirements:
- Extensive global experience in indirect tax, with deep expertise in tax technology and digital economy applications.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging enterprise-level clients, building long-term relationships, and influencing decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex tax concepts for diverse audiences and presenting to executives and industry forums.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability, comfortable leading high-impact initiatives while engaging in day-to-day operations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and aptitude for turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Experience in global tax, digital tax platforms, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional tax certifications preferred.
