This role offers the opportunity to drive data-informed growth strategies across multiple B2C markets, focusing on campaign performance, subscriber acquisition, and ROI optimization. You will act as the strategic bridge between global frameworks and local execution, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that influence key business decisions. Working closely with MarTech, Product, and Regional Leadership, you will design measurement frameworks, build self-service analytics tools, and translate analytical findings into executive-ready narratives. The position combines analytical rigor with creativity and storytelling, providing a dynamic, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts regional and global growth. You will also explore innovative, AI-powered solutions to deepen understanding of user behavior and optimize the marketing funnel across Europe and Latin America.
- Transform complex data from multiple sources (Data Lake, Looker, Amplitude, Braze) into insights that inform campaign performance and strategic decisions.
- Lead regional growth analysis, identifying localized trends that optimize subscriber acquisition and marketing ROI.
- Partner with MarTech and Product teams to design and refine attribution models and measurement frameworks.
- Establish self-service analytics tools to empower marketing teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
- Collaborate with global analytics teams to standardize KPIs and align insights with broader business goals.
- Research and evaluate AI-powered analytics tools to enhance understanding of the B2C ecosystem and user journeys.
- Translate analytical findings into compelling, executive-ready narratives for regional and global leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth, or business intelligence (SaaS or B2C environments preferred).
- Strong expertise in SQL, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms (Looker, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of B2C marketing funnels, including paid media, CRM engagement, and retention strategies.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude) and the MarTech ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, CDPs).
- Knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks, including MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution), and LTV/CAC analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency with strong communication and storytelling skills to influence regional and global stakeholders.
