About This Position
DRIVE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY WITH THE WORKHORSE GROUP

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution.
This role is critical in ensuring products are sourced competitively, delivered on time, and managed effectively across a global network of suppliers and partners.
This is an onsite position based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will own the full supply chain lifecycle, balancing cost, efficiency, and performance while working cross-functionally across the organization.
Procurement & Sourcing
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliability
• Issue and manage purchase orders through the full lifecycle
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, lead times, and compliance
Logistics & Transportation
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics across ocean, air, and domestic transportation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery
• Manage import/export processes, documentation, duties, and regulatory compliance
• Optimize freight costs and routing strategies
Inventory & Planning
• Develop and manage inventory strategies to balance product availability with working capital goals
• Monitor stock levels, forecasts, and replenishment plans
• Partner with sales and operations teams to align supply with demand
Operations & Process Improvement
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency
• Develop KPIs and reporting to track purchasing and logistics performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Lead initiatives to improve systems, processes, and supplier partnerships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to support business objectives
• Communicate risks, delays, and opportunities proactively to stakeholders
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of global sourcing, import/export regulations, and transportation modes
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas suppliers
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker who can also execute at a tactical level
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
