Your Responsibilities

As a Production Operator Trainee, you will play an essential role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Responsibilities include:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards
• Follow all Health & Safety regulations—Safety First is our priority
• Load parts precisely according to Work Instructions and Training Guidelines
• Read, understand, and follow Job Books and In-Process Inspection Sheets
• Perform product testing and verification to support optimal machine performance
• Develop skills to run increasingly complex parts using advanced measuring tools such as bore gages, inside micrometers, and depth gages
• Maintain excellent housekeeping of machines, tools, inspection equipment, and work areas each shift
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent, conforming results
• Troubleshoot issues during operation to maintain quality and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with leadership regarding machining, manufacturing, or safety concerns
• Perform pre- and post-machining inspections to ensure product conformance
• Independently complete assembly and manufacturing tasks using product-specific job instructions
• Take ownership of smooth, reliable machine operation
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required
