| Physical Requirements | Maintain confidentiality; ensure work is detailed, accurate and completed in a timely manner; lift, push, and/or pull objects up to 50lbs; stand or walk with objects up to 25lbs; and possible exposure to radiation, cuts/punctures, bloodborne/airborne pathogens, and/or challenging individuals. |
| Shift | Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Some weekends and evenings may be required in order to enroll study subjects. |
| Job Summary | The Division of Pediatric Research provides support to faculty members in the College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics who are leading research projects. The Clinical Research Coordinator will involved in research design, oversee ethical and participant safety issues, understand the development, approval process, and administration of investigational drugs and devices, be responsible for clinical study operations, management of the study site, and all project related data and informatics. Communicate effectively and maintain/facilitate professional relationships with all stakeholders to help ensure successful implementation and workflow of individual clinical studies and overall department/division goals. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in operating various office machines including computers, printers, and various software packages. Robust interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Initiative, collaboration, advanced time management skills. Technical skills applicable to essential functions and initiative. |

| Preferred Education/Experience | Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience.UK equivalencies apply. Clinical research certification (CCRC, CCRA, CCRP, etc.) preferred. |
