BRG is seeking an Associate to support the firm’s rapidly growing AI and Technology initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the senior leaders across the firm’s Data & AI organization, contributing to the development, documentation, and execution of the firm’s AI strategy.

The Associate will play a critical role in coordinating strategic and operational activities across the AI leadership team — capturing insights from technical and business discussions, synthesizing key decisions, and ensuring that projects advance efficiently. The position offers hands-on exposure to the intersection of data science, technology infrastructure, and business strategy, and is ideal for a technically trained individual eager to learn how enterprise AI transformation is managed and scaled within a global professional services firm.

The Associate role within BRG’s AI Department is a junior consulting position focused on supporting the strategic rollout and communication of AI initiatives across the firm. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for emerging technologies. The Associate will work closely with AI leadership to document and track adoption efforts, assist in internal and external communications, and help translate technical developments into accessible, impactful narratives for both internal stakeholders and the broader market.Job title and compensation to be determined based onqualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Leadership Support & Coordination

  • Support the senior leadership by tracking initiatives, preparing meeting summaries, and maintaining alignment across ongoing AI programs and partnerships.
  • Document and organize strategic discussions, technical design sessions, and firmwide AI planning activities to ensure consistent execution and follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing internal communications, strategic updates, and presentation materials for leadership briefings and firmwide initiatives.

Program & Project Management

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, track milestones, and maintain shared documentation for major AI infrastructure, data, and tooling initiatives.
  • Support scheduling, prioritization, and information flow across AI working groups, ensuring that decisions are recorded and next steps are clearly defined.
  • Maintain awareness of project dependencies, key deliverables, and inter-team touchpoints.

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct background research on AI technologies, data infrastructure, and partner offerings to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Summarize technical concepts and emerging AI trends in accessible, well-organized documentation and briefing materials.
  • Analyze data, performance metrics, and technical outputs to help leadership evaluate progress and opportunities for improvement.
  • Performs data collection (quantitative and qualitative), research (industry and subject matter), and analysis utilizing basic analytic techniques to solve client problems

Qualifications

  • One to two (1-2) years of experience working in an AI or technology-focused position is required; consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • BS/BA in the areas of mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, engineering or other practice related subjects;
  • Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention todetail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; and
  • Desire to work within a team environment.
  • This will be a hybrid role based out of either BRG's New York or Boston office, with the expectation to be in the office an average of 2-3 days per week.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
