This role is an entry-level but high-impact commercial position focused on supporting and growing a portfolio of Branded Marketer customers across multiple regions. You will play a key part in managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong execution of account strategies in a fast-paced B2B environment. Working closely with experienced Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver value through account planning, performance analysis, and customer engagement initiatives. The position blends relationship management, analytical thinking, and commercial execution, offering strong exposure to strategic sales operations. You will also contribute to marketing program adoption, pipeline management, and competitive market tracking. This is a development-focused role designed to build the foundation for future progression into a Business Development Manager position.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing small to mid-sized Branded Marketer customers while supporting new business development initiatives
- Drive volume and margin growth by executing account strategies, identifying opportunities, and strengthening customer partnerships
- Develop and maintain account plans, conduct regular business reviews, and support structured growth initiatives
- Ensure accurate pipeline management and reporting using Salesforce, maintaining visibility of opportunities and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Finance, Marketing, and ST&S to support customer and business needs
- Support the execution of marketing programs and initiatives that enhance brand value and customer engagement
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Assist Business Development Managers and leadership on strategic projects, including planning, modeling, and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in front-line sales, customer-facing roles, or B2B relationship management
- Strong understanding of distributor business models and commercial account management
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and managing business relationships
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills in a commercial environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on execution and results
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and strong digital fluency is a plus
